For all you Gray Ghost lovers out there, I got to spend a wonderful evening out with this guy and his family on Sunday. He’s thin and a bit vulnerable with both Stallions Granite’s Boy and Wildrye hot on his trail to try and win his mares. While I was with him that evening, he had quite the unexpected encounter with Wildrye and I was able to record it all and will share it very soon. He put up a great fight and the younger, but very powerful, Wildrye relented and returned once again to his waiting family. Gray Ghost reigned supreme this time but he better keep watching over his shoulder as something tells me this will happen again very soon. So nice to have eyes on this incredible Stallion who now keeps watch over our beloved Gary’s Band. Hope you all enjoyed this inside look into this magnificent herd running wild and free in Theodore Roosevelt National Park!
